Brooke Hogan Slams ‘Fake, Greedy People’ After Sale of Hulk Hogan’s Florida Home

Brooke Hogan is speaking out after the sale of her late father Hulk Hogan’s beachfront mansion in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The 5,400-square-foot property sold for $5.9 million last week, significantly below its original January listing price of nearly $11 million, according to TMZ. A neighboring guest cottage sold separately for $2.8 million.

Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, died in July 2025 at age 71 after suffering cardiac arrest at the home. His cause of death was later determined to be a heart attack. In a series of emotional Instagram Stories shared Monday, the 38-year-old television personality accused unnamed friends and family members of exploiting her father during his final illness and profiting from his death, calling them “fake, greedy people” and “vultures.”
